I recently had a lovely stay at this hotel in Vrindavan and was very impressed with the overall experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk away from the famous Prem Mandir. This made it convenient for me to visit and enjoy the beautiful temple at any time of the day. Secondly, the staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met and provided me with valuable information about the city. Lastly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved having a balcony, which allowed me to enjoy some fresh air and take in the views of the green lawns surrounding the hotel. Additionally, the breakfast offered a nice selection of dishes, giving me a good start to my day.

On Holi festival, the hotel was lively and full of energy. the room was spacious and comfortable, with lovely decor. the bathroom was decently clean and well-maintained. the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying. the staff was helpful and eager to ensure a comfortable stay.

There was an issue with the power supply in the hotel, causing some inconvenience during the stay.

The hotel had a decently sized room with a balcony that I could sit on to enjoy the weather. the breakfast spread was satisfactory and the staff was helpful with their recommendations for local restaurants. the location was good with easy access to nearby attractions and had a nice view.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to the mark and the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. the staff seemed aloof and disinterested, there was no warmth in their behavior.

Great customer service! Staff was always ready to help us with anything we needed. The rooms were nicely decorated and very spacious. The restaurant served delicious food with a great variety of dishes to choose from. The location was convenient as it was close to some of the main attractions we wanted to visit.

The cleanliness was a big issue for us. The room seemed dirty and dusty upon our arrival. We noticed stains on the sheets and towels. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and we found hair left in the shower. The noise level was also very high, making it difficult for us to enjoy our romantic escape.
